Lucy was born in England to an eccentric film family. With a Director of Photography as a father, and an artist for a mother, Lucy understood at an early age the dynamics of illusion. Partly raised in the artistic community of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Lucy's creativity was truly nurtured. In search of the best training available, she found herself back in London to study as a make-up artist. Upon graduating top of her class, she went on living and working in London for the next three years. Work such as GQ Magazine, and James Bond "The World is Not Enough"

Wanting to further her career, Lucy moved to Toronto, Canada where she worked on a slough of commercials and music videos. In 2004 she was offered the opportunity of working with internationally known and respected make-up designer Linda Divetta Richmond on a Robert De Niro film in Spain. As a result, Lucy met make-up artist Jo Strettell and who introduced her to Cloutier Agency.

Lucy has been creating make-up and hair looks for the past ten years. With her diverse back ground, she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge. Her work is incredibly refined, and is known for her immaculate attention to detail. Her celebrity clientele include Heath Ledger, Wynona Ryder, Pamela Anderson, and Gabriel Burns to name a few.
